Mending Plates
Mending plates are used to repair and strengthen joints in wooden frames, furniture, and shelves, among other things. We also supply stretcher plates, a new type of metal connector used in woodworking. Stretcher plates are used to join two pieces of wood together end to end.
Mend plates have a flat, rectangular shape. Stretcher plates have bright zinc plating and slotted holes that let you make adjustments when strengthening drawers and other kitchen or bedroom fittings.
We offer mending plate brackets in four sizes: 76mm, 100mm, 4” and 6”, and 40mm Stretcher Plate.
