Cutting Discs

Cutting discs are bonded abrasive discs used with an angle grinder to cut metal.

Thinner cutting discs, often referred to as slitting discs, are a good choice for cutting stainless steel.

Good quality cutting discs have a year date-stamped onto the metal inner circle of the disc. This date, which is also sometimes found on the outer edge, represents a use by date. Never use an out of date cutting disc as this can lead to serious injury.
