Hook and Eye Bolts - Lifting Eye Bolts - BSF

We stock Dynamo eyebolts for straight lifting and Collared eyebolts which are more suitable for angular lifting. The Dynamo eyebolts have a larger eye than the Collared option but have a smaller safe working load (SWL).

As with all fasteners, it is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the correct fitting is used for the application in question – and this is of paramount importance when considering lifting bolts. Many factors play a part in determining the SWL including the positioning and integrity of the anchoring point. Test certification is supplied with our lifting bolts.

Most of our lifting bolts are available in a self-colour finish, with a small amount of availability in zinc plated and stainless steel.

BSF (British Standard Fine) is an imperial thread Introduced as a fine-pitch alternative to BSW and commonly used in engineering and automotive applications in the UK. It was superseded by the UNF thread type in the 1940’s.
