These 20mm Schnorr safety washers are manufactured from premium-grade steel and finished with a black coating for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. Designed by trusted German engineering manufacturer Schnorr, these washers combine the features of a conical spring washer with a serrated locking surface. This dual-action design provides both tension and mechanical interlock, preventing loosening that can be caused by vibration, thermal expansion, or dynamic loads.
Engineered for use with metric threaded fasteners, these Schnorr safety washers are ideal for high-performance bolted joints in automotive, aerospace, railway, and heavy engineering applications.
